By creating an Account, accessing, or using the Platform, you affirm that you are at least 18 years old or have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction and are legally capable of entering into a binding contract. If you are under 18, you may use the Platform only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

3. User Accounts

3.1. Registration

To access certain Services, you may be required to register for an Account. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information during registration and to keep it updated.

3.2. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your Account. Notify focusedTAIYARI immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

3.3. Single User Account

Each Account is intended for use by a single individual. Sharing your Account is strictly prohibited and may lead to immediate termination without refund.

focusedTAIYARI offers various courses and study materials for competitive exam preparation. Access to specific content may require payment as described in Section 5.

4.2. Content Updates

Content is regularly updated to reflect changes in exam patterns and syllabi. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all Content will always be completely up-to-date or error-free.

4.3. No Guarantee of Success

While our Services are designed to aid your preparation, focusedTAIYARI does not guarantee success in any competitive examination. Your performance depends on various factors including your effort, aptitude and external circumstances.

5. Payment and Refunds

5.1. Pricing

Prices for our Services are displayed on the Platform and are subject to change. All payments are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified.

5.2. Payment Methods

We accept various payment methods as indicated on our payment gateway. You agree to provide valid payment information and authorize us to charge your chosen method for purchased Services.

5.3. Refund Policy

• General Policy: All sales of digital content are generally final. Refunds are typically not provided once content has been accessed.
• Exceptional Circumstances: Refunds may be considered for technical issues preventing access that cannot be resolved, or duplicate purchases made in error.
• Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase by contacting [email protected]. Decisions are at the sole discretion of focusedTAIYARI. Approved refunds may take up to 7 business days to process.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1. Ownership

All Content on the Platform — including text, graphics, logos, audio, video, data compilations and software — is the property of focusedTAIYARI or its content suppliers and is protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws.

6.2. Limited License

focusedTAIYARI grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform and Content for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes only.

6.3. Restrictions

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, download, store or transmit any Content. You may not use automated systems to access the Platform in a way that sends more requests than a human can reasonably produce using a conventional browser.

7. User Conduct

7.1. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following:

• Harassing, abusing or harming another person.
• Posting or transmitting unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory or obscene information.
• Attempting to interfere with, compromise the integrity or security of, or decipher any transmissions to or from our servers.
• Uploading viruses, worms or other malicious software.
• Impersonating another person or misrepresenting your affiliation with any entity.
• Violating any applicable local, state, national or international law.

7.2. Academic Integrity

Any attempt to cheat, plagiarize or engage in dishonest academic practices (e.g., sharing answers during timed tests) is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate Account termination.

8. Disclaimers

THE PLATFORM AND ALL CONTENT AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. FOCUSEDTAIYARI DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE OR ERROR-FREE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, FOCUSEDTAIYARI AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE PLATFORM OR ANY SERVICES.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless focusedTAIYARI, its affiliates, licensors and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, costs or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Platform.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your Account and bar access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason including a breach of the Terms. If you wish to terminate your Account, you may discontinue using the Service.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, as amended. The seat of arbitration shall be Patna, Bihar. The language of arbitration shall be English.

Subject to the arbitration clause above, the courts in Patna, Bihar shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our Platform after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
