Selection Process
The selection process is based on Personal Interview (PI) with 100% weightage. Candidates may be shortlisted for Personal Interview in the ratio of 1:5 for each advertised vacancy. In case of a single vacancy, 10 candidates may be shortlisted. HCL also reserves the right to conduct a written screening test for shortlisting candidates, if required.
Salary and Benefits
Selected candidates will receive the applicable consolidated pay according to their FTE grade.
